Leading insurance company in Uruguay with more than 100 years in the market. The company has its own testing and quality assurance team to ensure the quality of the numerous company systems.

Testing and quality assurance consulting services were carried out to evaluate the current state of the practices implemented in the company and to draw up a spreadsheet with improvements for processes within the area.

Scope

The scope of the tasks performed included Testing and Quality Assurance processes carried out by the organization’s Testing unit.

The main objective was to identify recommendations for improvements aimed at the Testing unit itself and their processes.

As part of the work, meetings were first organized to reach a general understanding on the working methodologies and the team’s capabilities, among other aspects.

A presentation was made to level out the knowledge and conceptualize some quality assurance aspects which included all of the team. During this activity, a self-assessment form was handed out to be completed by all attendees. 

The information was then collected, and an analysis was done to address and diagnose the current situation.

As a result, recommendations were suggested for the area aligned with the objectives and needs put forward by the client.
