They have systems that resolve back-end operations for the business and offer services for the front-end used by their clients.
Scope
With the aim of anticipating a high demand due to the release of their corporate identity and new front-end, a request was sent to QAlified to evaluate the solution’s performance.
Stress and load tests were carried out on different services with emphasis onfunctionalities related to credit requests.
The system has three points of entry for new credit requests:
-> Through the company’s call center.
-> Through the different credit provider offices (third parties)
-> Through their website, where it is possible to make online requests.
The tests were executed in two stages; first, in isolation, and, second, with tests integrated with third-party systems to which requests are sent to obtain the person’s credit information.
Different load scenarios were simulated and tests were executed aimed at discovering the system’s current infrastructure limit.
