GeneXus Consulting is a technology company which offers solutions for the digital transformation of organizations across the world.
A reengineering and update process was carried out for the Project Management System used in the organization by more than 200 professionals participating in hundreds of projects.
Scope
QAlified performed tests for the all of the modules in the new solution, from managing the organization’s employes to the projects and their execution.
The solution is a Web Responsive one, so tests were performed on different devices to ensure its proper functioning.
Tests were performed with data migrated from the previous solution and integrated with the K2B ERP product, which is a part of the solution.
A heuristic evaluation analysis was performed to detect improvements regarding the solution’s usability. In addition, tests were performed with end users.

Results
