"At the beginning of 2021, the first Covid-19 vaccines were delivered with the goal of immunizing the entire Uruguayan population. Offering people the chance to sign up to receive the vaccine, on equal terms and at an accelerated rate, was one of the main challenges of the project. In response to this situation, we implemented a system to manage registration requests, so that it could be scaled and could cater to the entire population through different channels: Web, Chatbot, Call Center, Apps. Testing was one of the key and integrative pieces of the puzzle needed in order to implement the solution in the space of just a few days. During this session, we will talk about the main things we learned from this experience."
